The Hot Dots Talking pens are used with interactive phonics, math, and science learning sets. They would encourage my students to work independently, at their own pace, and targets key developmental and/or Grade-Specific skills. It is my hope that these pens and learning sets help create positive feelings about learning. The pens cheer the students' successes and guides them to try again when they answer incorrectly. There are so many ways the sets can be used: flash cards with or without pens, in small groups, partners, whole group, or can be easily differentiated for remedial through my more advanced students.
