Throughout the school year, Mathematics and Science classes that I teach will be enhanced because of these cubes and resource books. These resources will be utilized in an after school program that will create mosaics and learn to speed cube as well. It will be a first time for our school to get involved in competitions and develop into a well rounded Mathematics & Logic club. Students will develop their logic and critical thinking skills while learning algorithms, recognizing patterns, and working together through problem solving. Students will diverse abilities and knowledge will be teaching each other in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Exercising various parts of the brain with Rubik's cubes and logic thinking will improve students' skills in Mathematics and ambitions for future careers. We will also incorporate art through mosaics that will be displayed and shared as a positive inspiration. This type of teamwork and collaboration is only part of the impact on many students that will lead to a successful school year now and into their futures.
