Physical education gives children the opportunity to be active every single day and it gives children the possibility to develop their motor skills, and promotes good physical fitness. Children who participate in physical education get a workout, and they also learn the importance of exercise as a life long habit. Physical education improve their interpersonal skills by also increasing their own levels of motivation and pride in what they do, success through team work is another major component within PE and our project is based is these principle and through the PE material that I request we will work on the basic motor skills that are so important in the future life of our students, it will be get with circuits, stations, games etc

About my class
