We are fortunate that our school has an excellent sledding hill on the property. But, the majority of our students live in poverty and do not own their own sleds. This is the first eight of the goal of 2 dozen sleds which will provide all students an opportunity to enjoy sledding during recess. Winter months are often a dreary time of year for our students and we believe 2 dozen sleds will provide an excellent recess activity for our students to look forward to each day. We have everything in place (fabulous kids, snow hill, recess time) except school sleds for ALL of our students to use.

About my class
