The mini hurdles will allow my athletes to keep their knees up and increase their running speed .Incorporating mini hurdle drill into their daily routine will create great muscle memory. The resistance bands will help improve muscle tone and strengthen their legs as well as improve their core. With the use of the resistance bands my athletes will be able to target certain muscle groups in which they need to improve in order to be a successful track and field competitor. The cones will be used to improve my athletes quick movement skills as they work on lateral movement drills.
