The students at eCademy are looking to improve their physical and mental health through movement and mindfulness. Yoga/exercise mats will provide a place for students to sit in comfortably on the floor while practicing mindfulness and/or stretching activities. The exercise bands will provide resistance, and help students improve their flexibility, as they practice moving and bending through yoga and pilates postures. The mats and bands will last several years and potentially serve hundreds of students who attend eCademy both now and in the future. These materials will make it possible for students to practice various stretching and mindfulness activities while in the classroom.
