Students will use science and engineering to design a better mousetrap/balloon model car than already designed. Students will be able to use their journals to go through the steps in the science and engineering practices to document each design they create and constantly work on making it better. Once they test several hypotheses, they will then continue to find out what makes it better or worse and compare the data to their peers. The journals will also allow them to keep a record of what was manipulated in order to get the best results. Our students are very creative and will love the opportunity to perform at their best!!

About my class
