Technology is taking over our world and I find as an educator there are many rewarding benefits that are found within this take over. My students are able to make connections when reading and writing about new places they have new experiences through virtual tours and educational videos, as well educational games that help to strengthen my students knowledge. But due to this take over we are also limiting conversations. Face to face interactions are key in my students learning and development. I want to bring this back to my classroom in the form of table groups. We currently have old school desk that are not easily grouped together comfortably. I have found the resources needed to purchase enough tables but my problem is seating. This is where you come into play. With your donations I will be able to seat my students in groups of 4 making for a much more exciting classroom atmosphere and give them no choice but to look at a face instead of just a device.
