Give my students access to anything that is out there by having a 1:1 ratio with technology. Students will use the chrome books for research, independent learning and to build on their 21st century skills in the classroom. Students will use them to interact with primary sources that they cannot access on their own; such as historic documents. Students will become more responsible for their learning and be able to become independent learners. They will learn self advocating skills by keeping track of their progress in class for all of their subject areas. Having access to more technology is in line with my districts idea and mindset of, “A Portrait of a Graduate.”
