Student interaction with social emotional games will allow them to learn how to manage their feelings in certain situations. Example Lesson Plan – Self Awareness Approach Learning Goal: Recognizing who I am and how I am feeling despite my surroundings. Recognize and accurately label emotions and how they are linked to behavior. Students can describe a range of emotions and the situation that causes trigger points through visual interaction/role play. Students working together using these supplies will benefit the social and emotional learning program. Our ultimate goal is to see students transform by managing and controlling their emotions.
