Uke Can Learn Too! is a project to have a Ukulele in the hands of every student at my school. Students can begin learning about Ukulele as early as first and second grade when their motor skills begin to develop to hold the instrument correctly. You can play any song on the Ukulele, and it is relatively easy to learn, which is why it is a great instrument for Elementary aged students! With the help of this funding, students at my school will get an opportunity to learn an instrument that they would not otherwise have without the funds donated!
