The items I have selected will allow my student to get an effective cardio and weight lifting experience. The basketballs will allow for a good game of basketball on our outdoor court. A game of basketball makes for a good cardiovascular endurance workout. Health cardiovascular system reduce the chances of heart attack, stoke, and certain cancers. The weight room items I selected are needed to ensure a complete and safe workout. The spring collars ensure the weight remain in place for safety purposes when bench pressing. The free weights allow for the students to do a variety of exercises. We do not have a full set of the dumbbells, which is need to meet the needs of different students strengths and abilities.
