There are ample studies that show that endorphins produced by physical exercises contribute to the feeling of well being, which in turn contributes to a student's overall attitude. Daily exercise also boost dopamine production in the body which helps to increase a child's attention span, memory retention, and overall learning functions. We can easily forget how important its is for students to have that way to release the tension of their daily studies. A little physical activity can go a long way. Allowing student to track their own progress with the visual component of the a heart monitor provides the opportunity for them to see their progress, which will help build and increase that inner motivation to better themselves.
