My 4 classrooms are full of eager Special Needs students that will learn photography which will include a show and share for fellow students, teachers, parents, caregivers and invited guests. One class will learn how to make puppets and have a puppet show in the show and share, the other 3 will have multi-media projects which will include a portrait project. One of the portrait projects will be printed onto an iron on substrate which will be incorporated into a quilt (displayed at the school) and multi-media projects for quilts donated to the homeless. This is the first time Artist in Residence/VSA have been in this school, so the opportunity to open minds, hearts and channels for the future are endless. We all thank you for your generosity, kindness and love to be spread with these amazing students. As my classes have not started yet, the image above is from a previous Specials Needs class that I taught.
