My students with special needs have a hard time learning. They struggle with being overstimulated and having to sit and listen in class. They need special sensory tools to help them relax and learn. When they are able to have sensory tools such as a swing, vest and other sensory toys they are able to focus better and enjoy the day. I have a new student coming to TMS this year. He is new and is especially in need of sensory tools to help him be successful. I want him to have a successful transition from elementary to middle school along with all of my other students.
