This year, we have created a classroom culture that is supported by flexible seating options. Flexible seating benefits students' commitment to learning and the classroom community at large. With these flexible seating options, students are able to make choices about where they feel most comfortable learning. This choice allows them to take ownership and commit themselves to learning in the classroom. Students are constantly collaborating throughout the school day, in spaces that feel most comfortable to them. When students are collaborating our classroom community grows stronger. We have worked hard to create a community that welcomes all different learners in this classroom. The additions to our classroom will help continue these efforts.

About my class
