The four round bright lights will be used in an opaque rubber box to make a large light table for the children to learn with. Clear colored 3D shapes, counters, letters, clear magnetic blocks, and other materials can be placed on the light table to help the students manipulate, count, read, build, and play in a new and interesting way. Words can be built to describe the 3D shapes and other creations. The students will have endless ways to learn with this high interest light table. The weighted blanket will be used for soothing and calming students who crave to be sensorily grounded. They may use it on their lap or lay with it to help them soothe if they are agitated, upset, and crave this grounded feeling. Students will then be better prepared to return to learning and enjoying their day.
