My 2nd graders are thrilled whenever technology is brought into the classroom! We use technology daily for literacy in the Lexia Core 5 program, math with Prodigy and Xtra math, as well as other creation apps for projects! The students post weekly if not daily, to our online blog called Seesaw. This is where they can share the work they are doing with their families at home. Headphones would provide a quiet environment free of distractions, so our technology time is used to it's fullest potential! The use of technology in this day and age enhances student learning and increases motivation!
