Time for book groups? Grab a stool and meet with your group! Time for a math lesson? Grab your seating of choice and meet at the carpet! Time for independent writing? Choose where you're most comfortable and where you can get your best work done! Students need the ability to make seating choices based on their needs- whether it's a quiet spot in the corner or sitting with other students for collaborative work! Traditional classroom chairs are cumbersome, heavy and really not comfortable. Stools and floor cushions will allow students to change their location easily as we transition through our inquiry work throughout the day.
