A listening center would give my students opportunities to experience many books and the ability to listen to books with friends listening to books on CD. The listening center is a great way for students to discover books. A flannel board would give students an opportunity to retell their favorite stories in an interactive way. I have included some of their favorite stories that are in the story retelling kits. During center time, my students learn through play and have a lot of centers to choose from a listening center would make the reading center even more enjoyable. These materials will make our reading loft the perfect place to curl up with their favorite book. Help me create a love for reading in my classroom!
