I will be teaching geometry next year and do not have compasses. I am in my first year at my present school. Compasses are just one tool that I will need. Hopefully later, I will be able to get protractors and a graph board. When doing geometry you can use compasses for many purposes. We will be bisecting angles, and lines. We will also use these to measure geometric shapes. The compass can be used to draw arcs and circles. There are other things we can also do with this tool. I appreciate your support and taking the time to read about our project.
