I have noticed with the limited flexible seating I have purchased with my own funds, my students are more engaged. They are making better choices as learners. If I can further help those who need even more choices, I can truly level the playing field for all my students. By providing more choices, my students are able to work better both independently and in small groups without distracting the others. The wobble stools will allow students to sit at desk/higher tables but will still allow some movement. Right now, they rock on my regular stools and I fear this may result in injury. Having seen what some flexible seating has done for my students, I cannot wait to see how these additional options will benefit them.
