These books that are designed for students learning Spanish as a second language and that include topics interesting to students of all ages, will give them tons of comprehensible input in the target language. Having all this motivating input will help students become more confident speakers and writers in the Spanish language. We all know that the best way to be better writers is to read more, so having a Spanish library built with leveled and comprehensible readers is necessary to create better Spanish writers. Students will be able to come to class and read their book for 5-10 minutes, motivated to read in Spanish by the variety of topics and the comprehensibility of the texts. Then, we will have discussions about their reading and interesting topics to write about!
