My project is to start book clubs. My resources are all books (majority in sets). This will allow my small group to become better readers. We will read as a group and this will build their self esteem. When I pull them out for small group reading they will have something they can look forward to and discuss as a group. Unfortunately, my students don't have a chance to shine in a big classroom. This will build their confidence up. The books are under grade level which will allow the students to build reading fluency and this will build their self esteem. This will allow them to become more confident readers.
