I want to start off with just thanking you, for even taking the time to look at my project. I know my project is pretty large in cost, but anything helps. Especially when it comes to children. Most of my students do not get to experience a safe and comforting environment, hence the reason for my flexible seating. I will try anything that I can to help calm them in order to successfully and effectively learn. The flexible seating will be used for guided reading time, small group instruction, independent reading and calming time. My project also includes colored ink. The ink is especially important when I am teaching students with disabilities or English Language Learners. I am able to differentiate materials through color, or font or even words. Another key item is my chart paper! Chart paper is so important to students being able to retain information. It’s something they can always look to when they are in need. As stated earlier, thank you again! My students would appreciate it.
