When our students read they create a poster based on the book they read. These posters help engage other students in their learning as well enhances the various ways a student learns. To create these posters we are asking for chart paper, markers, glue, staple gun, and tape. Recently we created posters that showcased each grade level book that was read and various quotes from these books. My students stay after school and create these posters which help them in various ways. One student said that staying after school keeps him out of trouble and is his mediation for when he feels down.
