As an educator, I spend an unmeasurable amount of time thinking about, planning, and designing ways to meet each one of my students unique needs. Providing learners with a designated small group meeting area will ignite more "light bulb moments" and create more "Ah-Has" than ever before. A horseshoe shaped table will remove the barriers created by typical desks and allow me to foster cooperation and collaboration while meeting the unique needs of my learners. Collaborating with learners in a small group setting will enable curiosity as well as an unending flow of questions and in depth conversations that will leave an impact on their education.
