These iPads will allow my students to have a more updated look at education. There are many who cannot afford the devices and are limited to paper copies and less interactive versions of in class activities. Rather than limiting their education to forced partner work due to lack of devices, this will allow them the independence and ownership of their own education. We often use Quizizz as an overall class activity where we can quickly assess the academic needs of the students in the classroom and correct any misunderstandings in record time. Those students who do not have devices receive paper copies of the activity which severely slows down the educational process. With these iPads we will have a quicker response time which will allow the students more time for correction and re-teaching misunderstood information. This will allow my students to feel not only included in activities, but empowered with their education.
