Our school has recently gone 1:1 with technology and we need headphones in our classes for those students that do not have access to them. A majority of our programs we use require students to listen to a video clip or musical selection. You can imagine when only 9 to 10 students out of 30 have headphones how much computer chatter there is in the room. Students often are unable to focus because the students next to them are on a different clip or different assignment all together and the other student's video catches their attention. I have noticed that my students that have headphones/earbuds are not only able to complete their work more efficiently but they also comprehend the lesson better. My wish is for all of my students to be able to obtain that same focus through the use of these headphones. I appreciate your willingness to impact the lives of my students!
