My students think technology class is the best time of the week. We teach a technology class in our classroom once a week. I would like to have a classroom set of Chromebooks to utilize during this time. This would help me be able to work on a variety of skills such as coding and basic computer skills with my class. Technology is such a integral part of our world we live in today. I feel that it is important to foster technology skills early. By utilizing this classroom set of Chromebooks, I will be able to introduce students to the vast possibilities that technology holds. Our system also has a great program called Study Island Exact Path that creates a tailored program for each child. These Chromebooks would allow students to work on this program to help them grow academically.
