In our class, we have a wide range of learning styles and academic needs. Our students learn best in small groups where the materials can be specifically designed to meet those needs. Many of our students feel overwhelmed and unable to be successful in a traditional instructional setting. The IRIS 5 drawer storage and organizer chest will allow us to organize materials and activities based on the students' specific learning goals. The colored drawers will allow students easy access to those materials. Being able to design and organize student materials in a way that allows students to work at their own level, independently not only provides students with the ability to feel successful when tackling new skills, but also boosts their confidence when they recognize that they can do the work with minimal assistance.
