My project is to raise money that would go towards a gift certificate for an amazing website called Teacherpayteacher.com. This website contains thousands of lessons, presentations, already made projects, worksheets and assessments. It even has virtual escape rooms and scavenger hunts that go along with grade level curriculum. Let’s be honest, nobody does it better than other creative, tech savvy teachers. I would love to be able to purchase tons of fun, creative, virtual lessons for my students. I have already started a wishlist of amazing virtual materials that I would love to purchase for my students that would help them tremendously during this uneasy time we call remote learning. Students with disabilities need more than just a quick tutorial done with a white board and a webcam. They need hands on projects to keep them engaged, and interactive web quests to help them come to a conclusion on their own. Earning enough money for this gift card would really help me to be able to provide for my students. Any donation, small or large will be put to great use and is greatly appreciated.
