I want to find new and exciting ways to teach my students about numbers. After Hurricane Harvey, I was displaced from my classroom for several months and end up giving away many items to teachers who lost everything from their classroom. These items will provide something new in my class. These items will provide a more hands on experience in learning. The self check magnetic board will allow the students to feel confident in their learning. The magnetic fishing counters will help them relate outside experiences with learning. These items will also provide life long learning experiences for my students. I will be able to use these math items for many years to come. Many, many students will gain knowledge from these materials. Thank you for you cooperation.
