When learning to read, teachers need to be right there to help students learn about the book, as well as the words. By using sneeze guards with a space underneath, I can keep each child safe while still giving them a quality learning experience. My students won’t feel as distanced from their teacher, which I have to be now with no guard in place. I want to give my students the best chance of success even in these trying times. If they feel safe and connected to their teacher, children will thrive no matter the circumstances.

About my class
