We will use literature in combination with diverse WOMEN speakers and guests from a variety of career paths who will work together with mentors to specifically seek to encourage and positively influence future career exploration for girls at the elementary level. After visiting speakers interactions, girls will collaboratively engage in reflective activities to help them reflect on activities to determine the possibilities of their future career aspirations and interests. Mentors will work with students virtually or face to face when appropriate to lead discussions to help students in goal setting.

About my class
