High School Literature Circle Library Every year, my 9th-grade AVID class participates in a student-led literature circle project. The books I have chosen are high-interest YA fiction and the students may choose the group they would like to join. Giving students a voice in their education facilitates life long learning and curiosity. They have weekly reading assignments and come together, ask questions, and share their ideas and connections. The students become comfortable reading and speaking in small groups which is a valuable life skill. Finding multiple copies of popular YA novels is difficult because they are frequently checked out of the library. I thank you for your support!
