Most of my students don’t have access to books at home. Being able to read a novel as a class is so exciting to them! Through budget cuts, we lost our librarians! We had a library clerk that comes once every three weeks! Now due to COVID-19. We are virtual and these kids aren’t reading. In speaking with my students these last few days all I keep hearing is how they don’t read anymore. When we go back to school I want to flood my students with literature! These books would be amazing in our classroom!

About my class
