The use of hands-on activities and games are a daily practice in my Special Education classroom. After students receive direct instruction about their learning goal, we play a game or use a resource that enhances their learning. Students value the time we spend playing games and learning social skills. By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase student focus, but you will help increase their academic achievement! My students will be able to access games and activities that they normally wouldn't be able to in their primary classroom. The games reinforce the importance of what students should be learning.
