We are moving in to the age of technology. Having these supplies will help us better reach our students while also following COVID 19 guidelines. Due to the pandemic, a lot of our students are opting to stay home for safety measures. As our students are now at home they lack the connection with their peers. As a school social worker, it will be beneficial and an absolute need to have a television to connect students. With this television, students in the classroom setting will be able to engage students in the virtual settings. We will have morning announcements, group activities as well as social emotional learning virtually. We want to give our students the opportunity to be with their peers even though they are at home.

About my class
