Our class goal is for 17 total however, this set of five tablets will be a great start to help our readers, and our second language readers excel in reading. Their reading skills will soar with online reading resources. Their math skills will be challenged in Rocket Math, and Prodigy. Beginning this year we will start teaching coding as well! The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding, and competency in authentic, meaningful math, and reading. The Samsung - Kids Galaxy Tablets will help my students by giving them additional choices for reading, challenging them to excel onto the next adventure. In math the challenges increase as the student answers correctly. The program increases the difficulty as each skill is mastered. The tablets are lightweight and can be easily used in many areas of the classroom. I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
