I want to have a classroom library that supports english language learner readers and independent readers by offering an array of books that are leveled to their individual needs. My students are eager to learn and will benefit greatly from community support in helping our classroom libraries become filled with high-interest books! My school is not heavily funded through the DOE and our resources have become scarce this year. Books that we have in our classrooms are over ten years old and are not high-interest to the students. My 2nd graders love reading chapter books, especially from a series, like the Magic Tree House or even Harry Potter for higher-level readers. Thank you so much for any help that you can provide. I truly appreciate your consideration and I hope to be afforded the opportunity to provide my students with the high-level education they deserve.
