Our goal in fifth grade this year is for everyone to become a “wild reader” which we have learned is someone who loves to read, shares book interests with others, has a future reading plan in mind, and can’t get enough of reading! In order to do this, we need an updated classroom library and books that will broaden our reading horizons. As our school grows our need for books grows faster than we can keep up. Without becoming wild readers we realize our future success in school and whatever other life choices we make is compromised. We can’t let that happen!

About my class
