These materials that I am requesting will help my students who are in a classroom most of the day, experience a more comfortable environment when they come to therapy, unlike the classroom. I do not have any rugs in my room. Rugs will allow for students to sit in a comfortable place to do mediation and other activities while sitting on the floor. A cozy environment allows students to relax and feel more at home. I also do a lot of school-wide events and activities and the easel would help with posters.
