With your generous donation, the Dancing Bear Fossil Collection Sorting Activity Kits and the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Mega Fossil Dig Kits will bring to life some of the animals of the past. Studying the animals of the past will open a window into animals of the future! This unit studies habitats of the past and how they change over time. Students will realize that adaptations to changing habitats evolve animals over time and cause natural selection. My 3rd graders will become paleontologists and utilize these activities to uncover mysteries of the past and infer what animals will be like in the future.
