I teach 2nd grade at Baker! Last year we were fortunate enough to teach face to face, but we did get desks Instead of tables. I noticed last year during our reading rotations they were getting really antsy staying in their chairs. I had a few things such as foam pads they could lay on, but I thought they would love to get to choose what type of seat they use during that time! I am asking for wiggly seats so they can move on their chairs or lay on under their desks! I am also asking for yoga balls so they can be comfortable during reading groups! I believe they will be more focused while to be able to move a little while learning!
