Supplying my room with a variety of seating will be beneficial to my students in so many ways. I have noticed that when I offer my students an array of seating they are more engaged in their work and work more effectively. Allowing my students to have choices in where they sit throughout the day will allow them to feel as though the classroom is an inviting space that they can call their own. Being in classrooms that are filled with a variety of personalities and sensory needs, it is important for students to have a more effective learning environment and flexible seating does this for them. I am currently a third year teacher and am limited with classroom resources, so being able to afford my kids the best possible learning environment is something that is crucial to their success. I want a room that my students are proud to call their classroom and seek out as a place to get away and optimize their learning. I truly appreciate any all donations!
