Having furniture in our classroom to foster a flexible seating arrangement will allow my students to feel comfortable and will encourage them to learn. Students are expected to sit at their desks all day to learn, I want to be able to provide them in an environment where they will not only be able to learn, but can learn without sitting in hard, plastic chairs. I can work with my groups, which is why I have chosen various items for my flexible seating arrangement. I teach students in grades 1 through 5, and I believe that this furniture will accommodate all students. It is also beneficial for students that have slight disabilities and at times have difficulties remaining in their seats. My goal would be for all children to learn and to love the Spanish language.
