Every year our district provides the opportunity for our students to attend a hockey game. I want my current students to be able to experience this live sporting event set in an educational atmosphere. This event will open our students eyes to a new sport that the majority of my students know little about. They will learn about sportsmanship and team building exercises. It is my hope that they will share my passion of the game. Our students come from a poverty stricken city where opportunities like this are few and far between. We would love to be able to offer this experience free of charge to our entire 5th grade.

About my class
