We create many projects in the classroom and need many colors of construction paper to do this. Each day we begin with a "Do Now" to show what we know and it would be wonderful to have a reusable dry erase board in order to display our knowledge efficiently. Projects make the time go faster, having the paper for the projects will mean more projects in the classroom. We spend our time talking about all the culture and diversity in the past. Students have to understand the different point of views that shaped what we know as America. The students love to do hands on projects which almost always needs construction paper. On the other hand letting the students answer their questions about people and cultures that we are learning about on the white board allows them to create a safe space. If their answer is wrong, they just erase it.
