STEAM Tubs will foster the relationships among peers as they work together and communicate ideas. The Tubs will also foster Science/Math/Engineering/Art through brain teasers, puzzles, and anagrams. Lastly, the materials will be used during genius hour/passion projects as a means to showcase learning. STEAM Tubs will provide students with hands-on, inquiry-based activities. They will be excited to get into the room and solve an activity through trial and error or perhaps ease into their morning through a mindful and engaging activity. The activities inside the Tubs will include STEM building toys, stress relieving coloring activities, snap circuits, brain teasers, and anagrams. The goal is to create a mindful way for the students to get their brain going for a productive mindset throughout the course of the day.
